Vince knows Perth well. Raised on the West Coast in Scarborough. During an apprenticeship in stainless steel and aluminium fabrication was when Vince first developed an exacting eye for detail. In the mid-1980s Vince entered into financial services - the youngest agent to be appointed in Western Australia. This environment and Vince’s natural flair saw him win ‘rookie of year’ award in 1988. Vince’s need to develop his skills and to keep challenging himself lead to, along with 2 other AMP agents, becoming Founding Partners of West Australian Insurance Services (WAIS), which evolved into an incredibility successful and one of the largest mortgage broking firms, Australian Finance Group (AFG).
Vince has always been a multi-tasker; his interest in art, photography, fashion and marketing grew from his move into the fashion agency business with his showroom premises located in the colourful, vibrant and eclectic Leederville area where he sourced hip labels that were stocked by some of Perth’s most popular forward thinking fashion retailers.
It’s no surprise that Vince’s previous work history lead to sparking a strong interest in buying, renovating and selling his own properties along the coastal belt. Friends, acquaintances and past clients liked what he was doing with his properties, appreciated his client care skills and gravitated to him to provide solutions to their property needs.
Vince formally joined the real estate industry in 2005 and has worked almost exclusively with client referrals in all price points across all walks of life!
Vince’s vibrant personality is fuelled by his disciplined approach to fitness and exercise and he can often be seen pounding the pavement along the coast or following the ‘black line’ in the local swimming pool! Vince’s interests, work history and energy are evidence of the real benefit he brings to his real estate client.
