STREET TALK

Located just minutes to practically everything that makes Wembley such a desirable suburb, you have Lake Monger at your door-step, easy access to both the freeway north and south and a 5-minute walk to the café and shopping precinct of Subiaco.

WHAT THE OWNERS LOVED ABOUT LIVING HERE

We loved having a beautiful character house on a large block of land so close to the city. We also loved having the Lake Monger reserve, Subiaco and Leederville within walking distance. Public transport is good in the area and the beach is reasonably close. There are also plenty of trees and parks in the area and there is a sense of community about Wembley.
