I have owned the townhouse since new and thoroughly enjoy living in Yokine, with the ease of access to many community facilities and living in a safe and secure environment. The three townhouses are all owner occupied with nil strata fees, whilst we share gardening costs for the driveway. We collectively take pride in the communal plant areas and the property itself is very low maintenance. It is very quiet, secure and tucked away for complete privacy. I have loved living in Yokine with the convenience of being close the city, Dog Swamp shopping centre and the great public transport at either end of street. And there are great take-aways close by!
