Subiaco is just down the road for a footy match, access to the freeway is a breeze and just a short drive down the road is the coast. This location really is great.


We loved living here as it provides an easy commute to into the city for work, and we are an easy 2 minute stroll to the train station. There is a shopping centre to the rear of the property through the laneway which is extremely convenient and there has been a recent boom in cafes and small licence bars within the area including Hylin, Tracks, Aliment, Piccolos’, The Office and Stanley’s to name a few which we frequent often.
