<p>The Wembley Property Ladder this week is brought to you from Envy on Cambridge, a great little spot and one of the many businesses popping up in the area. What I have decided to do, is not just talk about real estate and the market but also speak about local businesses in the area, which create the great infrastructure, a major reason why people love Wembley. <p>Envy was established on 2nd November 2011. It is the brain child of Allison Farley and Cinci Marsden who both decided that Wembley was lacking child-friendly eating places and ones with good coffee! When the NAB building became vacant Allison was talking to Cinci regarding the size of the place and the frontage and windows that could easily be turned into an icecream parlour. Cinci and Ally decided there was no other places nearby that you can get a coffee, icecream and something to eat with the kids unless you paid for parking in Subi and tromped a long way to get from that carpark!</p>
<p>Allison is a big &#8221;Foodie&#8221; and Cinci has her own mobile Coffee van business so it was a good fit. They both live locally and enjoy all the Wembley and surrounding area has to offer.<a href="http://deanbradley.com.au/wp-content/uploads/DSC_0749.jpg"><img class="alignright size-medium wp-image-2223" title="Envy on Cambridge" src="http://deanbradley.com.au/wp-content/uploads/DSC_0749-300x200.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="200" /></a></p>
<p>All their frozen yogurt and icecream is made on premises from fresh ingredients, as well as sandwiches, wraps,slices and cakes etc are baked on site to provide tasty, gourmet treats to the locals. Envy has it&#8217;s  own special blend of gourmet coffee which is a Mexican Organic bean from a single region so come in and give us them a try. They have many regulars coming for their coffee from all around so they must be doing something right!</p>
<p>Ice cream cakes are made to order and I am told they are planning on holding Birthday parties with a decorate your own sundae/muffins theme and games on the grass. Or a Magician can be provided for extra fun!</p>
<p>The venue is bright, colourful and staff are friendly so I encourage you to make it down and say G&#8217;day to the girls.</p>
